Kim raises the bar offering organic, natural ingredients with tons of flavor! The Hummingbird Cake, Peach Doughnuts & Tumeric Cake to name a few, give your taste buds a different experience to Pastry eating! Even her Granola has so much flavor and is also my favorite daily treat, dipped in yogurt or broken up with almond milk! The Gluten Free Dairy Free Carrot Cake and Cowgirl Cookies are a popular request by our family and friends! My family and I won't go back to purchasing store brand cookies, granolas and cakes they just don't compare. When it comes to Pure Pastry it's the whole experience from purchasing your treat in the simple pretty packaging to the last bite of pure delight! I cannot say enough good things about Kim's Pastries. Kim made the cakes for my wedding and I couldn't be more pleased with them. She gave me many options for what I could have for cake, including vegan options and gluten free options. We chose two types of gluten free cakes, vanilla with citrus icing and chocolate with vanilla icing. I have never had such good cake in my life. First, you could not tell they were gluten free as they were moist and spongy (rare in gluten free food)! They also were gorgeously decorated with candied flower petals and fresh fruit. All of my guests and I loved them and I would order her cakes again for any event I host in the future. You cannot go wrong with Kim's Pastries.
Fantastic baked goods! You can taste the quality and care that is poured into Kim's amazing brownies, cake, granola, scones and more. Her wedding cakes and pastries are also bar-none. Our guests loved it! You can't go wrong with Pure Pastry, especially if you have any food allergies. She knows gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan baking inside and out! Can't recommend highly enough.
