I bought a motorcycle at Cycles 128 in April, and, to date, all of my interactions with them have been excellent. When I was initially interested in the bike, they were very good about having it quickly shipped to Beverly, from one of their other locations, so I could take a look at it. The staff was nice and engaged, and the bike's been great. Also, last but not least, when it needed a repair in August (an internal wire had broken in the ignition) they were great about getting me in quickly and all the work was done for free (covered under warranty). It's a good bike shop.
Great sales team I personally deal with Randy straight forward guy. Parts team so far has had everything I had to get and if not in stock would order and have within a few days. Service had a bad reputation but over the last winter they cleaned house and was able to get the shady techs out. Great job on there part. Would 100 percent recommend to all
Great customer service, extremely friendly. They prepped the bike at no extra cost and introduced me to multiple experts. Over all the staff treated me like family and I had a great experience.
