Contrast this with the employees at the North Shore Mall Chipotle, where they run out the door if you forget to grab one of your bags. The choice is clear. If you want/need Chipotle, head to Peabody, but honestly I would prefer eating pinecones and doing math worksheets over dining at the Chipotle in Beverly.
I'm an avid fast food person to say the least. And I love Mexican food. That being said, I have been to many chapoti is in the North Shore. The 1 in Beverly is the cleanest In the fastest in the best-quality food I've ever had .I think the key ingredient is the freshness behind everything and they do a Great job Keeping the food hot and fresh
I was extremely disappointed when I ordered online from this store location and it was not ready when I came in. Not only was my food not made but when I nicely asked them to make it the women gave me attitude.Telling me that I must have ordered from the wrong location when I had the online receipt in my hand. The portion of my salad bowl was half as much as it normally is. I am a consistent customer that comes in at least once a week and I will be reconsidering this. The women at the cash register was very nice though apologizing for the mistake. This being said chipotle should reconsider some of their staff or up the training.
They never have pickup orders ready, so when I showed up 5 minutes after my pickup time to get my food I was not surprised to hear they had not started my order. The store had 2 customers sitting and it wasn't a busy time. What was surprising was that they didn't have steak, which was what both orders were filled with...The cashier just smiled and asked if I'd like anything else, not even an apology.
2/10 they have been diving for rock bottom and they are now getting close.
This place is terrible. Do yourself a favor and order from the Chipotle in Peabody, it's worth the extra driving. I always have problems with this particular location, but my last order was ridiculous:
Overall consistent with other branches. On 4 occasions we've been told various key ingredients had run out earlier in the day and were not available (lettuce, guac, chicken, beans). Call ahead to confirm what you are looking is still available. Staff is friendly but turns over employees frequently.
Great food, huge portions (especially if you fill it with free extra options like veggies, salsas, beans, & rice) Fast, friendly service Inexpensive, great deals, Healthy options that still taste great & leave you feeling very full & satisfied. Great convenient location, plenty of parking
