Ashley was so wonderful today! I couldn't figure out what kind of dog food to buy for my new puppy. she encouraged me to discuss what the current owner was feeding her. After speaking to the owner I told Ashley what they were feeding her. Come to find out the food is filled with fillers and actually for a large breed dog. she suggested buying another brand, a little more expensive but has so much more health benfits. She even told me how to mix the old with new, slowly adding more so she doesn't get sick! Ashley, if you see this thank you so much! I'll never go to another pet store again!!! I wish customer service was like this every where I go!

I use to really liKe going here. ......spent A LOT OF MONEY HERE AS WELL.......BUT......when I needed to EXCHANGE an item I had purchased at Christmas time ......IT WAS A RIDICULOUS NIGHTMARE. !!!
The manager Jenn Cyr is very knowledgeable. She is a former vet tech so she's not just making stuff up on the fly.
