I had a problem with my iPhone and they quickly found a solution and saved me money. Brandon helped me out big time and he was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with.
Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Went in to ask about a data plan for my wife and daughter who are traveling overseas. Joe came right over to offer to help us and with some recommendations from Moises, the store manager, we had just what we needed, no more - no less, all set up in about five minutes.
Terrible customer service. Quickly signed me up for a new phone that came with a "free tablet" they tricked us into getting. I asked if it was totally free, no strings attached and they assured me it was. Later I found out it is $10/mo, 2 year contract with $250 cancellation fee! I went back in to talk to them and they claimed they told me and my husband that when we bought it. we got bounced back and forth between phone customer service and the retailer, both claiming it was the others fault. i left the store in tears. they also told us there was no where to leave a negative review which is a lie. Very disappointed, felt taken advantage of.
People turn over quickly, plans not what I will pay for, did not go into this place today
I had been in a few weeks earlier to purchase a phone case and had the same great experience with Brandon. Thanks everyone, you guys really get it right across the board.
