I got great service. The guy knows his stuff and knew what I was looking for. Easy to return if you're not satisfied. I'm going here than buying on amazon.
Weird staff. They just seem so "clickly" as if we, the customers are bothersome .
I left without saying a word or buying a product, although I did want to congratulate him for losing a loyal customer in less than 5 minutes.
Unfortunately, I never got the chance to find out if they had them.
Now, I can deal with interruptions. But when you talk to me in a condescending voice that's oozing with attitude and righteousness, right after you ignored my answer to a question YOU asked, it will definitely piss me off.
Disgusting utterly disgusting the place smells horrible not to mention the service is extremely slow. All in all I will never go again and don't recommend this place to anyone.
The guy working there asked what I was looking for, and when I started replying, he started speaking to someone on the store phone about computers, in the middle of my sentence (it didn't ring, not sure if he made the call or if the ringer is silent, it's possible that I didn't hear it?). And it wasn't like he didn't hear me, I was pretty close to the front desk, and I was the only customer in the store. I kept looking at the products, waiting for him to finish. When he was off the phone, I tried to tell him what I was looking for a second time, genuinely trying to be polite. Again, he cut me off before I finished my sentence, telling me the price of an item, but not for the one I was looking for.
I live in Peabody, and the stores there are pretty small. I saw that this one was bigger, so I decided to check it out, looking for a specific amiibos.
