Run Away! I planed a rail and sail with these people. Paid 7k 4 months before trip. Tried to get agenda 45 days before trip, email bouncing back, agent no longer there. Got "manager" to get agenda, our booked stateroom on ship not confirmed and not available. I spent dozens of hours re-booking our cruise on another ship to make trip work. Nightmare, my re-booking was on a lessor ship. Spoke to people on the ship we paid for, much better experience. Yankee offered me a $100 diner credit for mix up, insane after what we had been through.
This trip was a bucket list trip for my cancer surviving mother and I. We saw whales, our goal....Yankee made this trip less than it could have been.
